Terms of service
The agreement between you and us for the hosted Condux service. Plain where it can be, precise where it has to be.
Last updated 13 August 2026
1.Who this is between
These terms are an agreement between you, or the company you are acting for, and Triple Down AB, company number 559333-6091, VAT SE559333609101, of Skeppargatan 55, 114 59 Stockholm, Sweden. We call ourselves Condux throughout, and we call you the customer.
By creating an account or using the hosted service you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you are confirming that you are allowed to.
2.What the service is
Condux receives error events from your applications, groups them into issues, alerts you about them, and can propose code changes that address them. The current features and limits of each plan are described on our pricing page, which forms part of these terms.
We improve the service continuously. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something material that you rely on, we will give account owners reasonable notice by email.
3.These terms cover the hosted service, not the software
The Condux source code is published under the Functional Source License and each release converts to Apache 2.0 two years after it ships. If you download and run Condux on your own infrastructure, your rights come from that license and not from this document, and you owe us nothing.
These terms apply only where we are running the service for you.
4.Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for the people you invite into your organisation. Tell us promptly at our security address if you believe an account has been compromised.
You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account.
5.Plans, billing and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which are added where required.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate a partial month.
- We do not bill for overage. When you reach a plan limit we throttle and tell you, and moving to a larger plan is a choice you make rather than an invoice you receive.
- If we change our prices we will give at least 30 days notice by email, and the change applies from your next renewal.
- We may suspend an account whose payment has failed after we have tried to reach you.
6.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully, or to store or transmit anything unlawful.
- Deliberately send data designed to break, overload or circumvent the limits of the service.
- Attempt to reach another customer's data, or probe the security of the hosted service without following our disclosure policy.
- Resell the hosted service, or use it to provide a substantially similar service to third parties. Self-hosting for your own use is expressly fine, and is governed by the license rather than this clause.
- Send us data you have no right to send, including personal data you have no lawful basis to share with a processor.
We may suspend an account that is causing harm to the service or to another customer. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
7.The fix engine, and what we can honestly promise about it
The Conductor reads an error and the source files behind it and proposes a change. Three things about that are worth stating in a contract rather than a blog post:
- It only ever opens a draft pull request. It does not merge, it does not push to your default branch, and there is no setting that changes this.
- Nothing reaches your codebase unless one of your people reviews it and merges it. That decision is yours, and so is responsibility for the result.
- Generated code can be wrong. It can be subtly wrong in ways that look right. We do not warrant that a proposed change is correct, complete, secure or suitable, and you must review it as you would review a change from any other author.
Run your tests, your review process and your judgement over the Conductor's output. It is a proposal from a machine, and we have deliberately built it so that it can never be anything more than that.
8.Your data stays yours
You own the data you send us. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to receive, store, process and display it back to you, and to send the parts described in the privacy policy to the subprocessors that make the service work.
Where that data contains personal data, our data processing agreement applies and forms part of these terms.
We do not use your data to train models, and we do not share it with anyone except the subprocessors listed on our trust page.
9.Our intellectual property
We keep all rights in the Condux service, brand and software except those granted to you here or under the Functional Source License. Feedback you send us is welcome, and we may act on it without owing you anything for it.
10.Availability
We work to keep the service running and we monitor it, but we do not currently offer a contractual uptime commitment on the standard plans. Where we have agreed a service level in writing with an enterprise customer, that agreement governs.
We may take the service down for maintenance. Where the work is planned we will give notice.
11.Warranties, and their limits
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, without any other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, that it will catch every error your applications produce, or that a proposed fix will work.
12.Limitation of liability
Neither party excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows: neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for loss or corruption of data. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms in any twelve month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period.
If you are on a free plan, that amount is nil, and our liability is limited accordingly. We would rather say so here than have you discover it during an argument.
13.Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may end this agreement on 30 days notice, or immediately if you materially breach these terms and do not fix it within 14 days of us asking.
When the agreement ends you lose access to the service. You can export your data before you go, and if you ask us within 30 days we will help you get it out. After that, your data is deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy.
If we ever discontinue the hosted service entirely, we will give at least 90 days notice, and the software will remain available for you to run yourself under its license.
14.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For a material change we will email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version. If you do not, you may cancel and we will refund any period you have paid for and not used.
15.Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be brought before Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
If you are a consumer, this does not bind you. Mandatory consumer law keeps your right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and nothing here removes any protection that law gives you.
Before either of us starts any of that, write to legal@condux.ai. Most disputes come from a misunderstanding that a conversation resolves, and we will always answer one.
